Open Settings inside the app (the icon next to your project name). "Export my data" gives you a copy of everything stored. "Delete my account" permanently removes your account, project data, receipts and documents, and does not require contacting us first.
No. It's simplified guidance based on the answers you give, not a legal ruling. Always confirm permitted-development status with your local planning authority, and get quotes from tradespeople before committing to a budget.
If you can't sign in or have lost access to your account, email support@getunderway.co.uk from the address on the account and we'll help you recover it.
